This is our immune system that protects our body from infections. Our body produces a type of proteins known as antibodies and antibodies that fight against germs that cause some infections are known. There are many types of anti-bodies and some of them cause some allergic reaction are known as IgE.

It was suggested that, IgE antibodies formed against these infections caused by parasites. It is not known why, but certain foods such as pollen or other things also cause allergies in some people the impact of IgE.
The IgE serves as a label that the molecules in pollen and food allergens known as sticks. The IgE sticks to the allergens and starts an allergic reaction if someone with allergies to foods, this problem is increasing. The release of histamine is one of the usual effects that IgE stimulates the release of histamine and leads to changes in our bodies as symptoms such as wheezing or hives.
It is still not fully understood why some foods cause allergies while others do not. According to a theory it may be the result of some proteins in certain foods, which is somewhat similar appearance, such as proteins in bacteria and viruses, and usually this is found in genetically predisposed people as their immune system does not detect whether the protein have from the food or by viruses or bacteria, thus starting an attack.
